The Board of Directors set policies and assists team members and mentors in the development of business plans, policy objectives, and business strategy. The board also follows developments that affect the team, ensure effective organizational planning, sees that team resources are managed effectively, and that the team meets regulatory requirements that apply. Board members monitor the team’s performance in light of the mission, vision, goals, and strategies, as articulated in our 501(c)(3) business plan.
